Haling from Almeria he studied his instrument in America and Spain. He started his musical career with Guitarra de Navidad, an album of Christmas songs in 1997. His second album Aires de Mar followed in 2007. Alcalá Street, Jazz from Spain (2015) is his third album. In 2018 he published two albums,Lights, Camera, Version! dedicated to film music and 3×4, a collection of 12 original compositions in which he explores some of the possibilities of the triple beat.
His newest project is Update 5.0 (2023) feat. Aure Ortega, Vincent Thomas & Santi Ibarretxe. The sixth studio album by composer and guitarist Antonio Gómez is a commitment to Smooth Jazz made in Spain. Behind these ten original compositions lie inspired melodies and laborious work of arrangements and production, which he has counted on with exceptional collaborations. Funk, Groove, Blues, Latin Jazz and Flamenco are common ingredients in the recipe book to which the musician from Almeria is accustomed. Update 5.0 is a vital update of the artist who seeks to deepen and recreate himself in an elegant and meaningful musical discourse.
