Terry Silverlight – Smooth

SmoothTerry Silverlight has released six solo artist jazz albums (in various sub genres of jazz):
TERRY SILVERLIGHT, WILD!!, DIAMOND IN THE RIFF, LIVE!, IN CONCERT, and DUETS which he composed, arranged and produced. They feature performances by Will Lee, Paul Shaffer, Edgar Winter, Hiram Bullock, Lew Soloff, Barry Miles, Chuck Loeb, David Mann, Bill Evans, John Tropea, Clifford Carter, Chris Hunter, Aaron Heick, Tabitha Fair, Bob Malach, and Glenn Alexander among others.

Terry has released four solo artist pop albums (in various sub genres of pop):
SONGWRITER/PRODUCER featuring original songs he has written, produced, arranged, recorded, and performed by himself, COLLABORATIONS featuring original songs he co-wrote with a variety of hit songwriters including Judy Hart Angelo (CHEERS theme song “WHERE EVERYBODY KNOWS YOUR NAME”), Oliver Leiber (“OPPOSITES ATTRACT” for Paula Abdul), Gene McDaniels (“FEEL LIKE MAKING LOVE”), Jeff Franzel and Alexandra Forbes (“DON’T RUSH ME” for Taylor Dayne), Barry Miles (he wrote songs with Maya Angelou and Brenda Russell for Roberta Flack), Cynthia Biggs (“IF ONLY YOU KNEW” for Patti LaBelle), Ellison Chase (he wrote songs for Jermaine Jackson, Chaka Khan, Pointer Sisters), Peggy Stanziale (“ALL DRESSED UP” for Madonna), Marjorie Maye (“A NEW DAY HAS COME” for Celine Dion), MUSIC TO PICTURE which presents a selection of compositions Terry has written, produced, arranged, performed and recorded that have served as the soundscape for hundreds of episodes on prime time TV shows and in major films, and CHILL OUT featuring original songs/compositions he has written and co-written, produced, arranged, recorded, performed and co-performed.

The TERRY SILVERLIGHT BAND has performed in premier Manhattan venues including Birdland, The Cutting Room, The Metropolitan Cafe, The Bitter End, Jazz Forum Arts, Bronxnet TV Studio. Cliff Demarks – Midnight Blue

MidnightBlueWith 25 years of performing and with over 50 CD’s produced, this Atlanta-based jazz man is still in the trenches doing what he loves the most – creating and sharing some quality music with his fans and the world. Cliff Demarks is thinking and breathing music pretty much 24-7. As a result, he routinely releases at least 4 CD’s a year. Since he branched out from the smooth jazz genre, he now includes in his extensive catalog, ambient new age, electronic chill and contemporary piano compositions. He is not all things to all people, but he still manages to reach a wide spectrum of music lovers.

The Aston Grey Project – Changing the Game

Changing the GameThe Aston Grey Project is a smooth jazz band formed by music industry vet Chris Clay back in 2012. With a strong urge to challenge himself to create the music he loves the Aston Grey Project came into existence. The band released it’s very first CD in 2013 titled the Chill Lounge. The CD spun a couple of radio hits “Groovin and Your smile”. In early 2014 the band went back into the lab to start working on concepts for the new CD Changing The Game.

The ideas was flowing like a river and the band was off to recording after 4 months the band achieved 38 concept records all aimed for this new CD. Mark Barrios – Beach Day

Beach DayMark Barrios is a professional musician from Tampa Florida. He has been honing his craft playing lead and rhythm guitar in working bands for over 25 years. His unique guitar style fills a niche in the current music scene. Some of his influences are Carlos Santana, Eric Clapton and Larry Carlton. His music styles include Funk, Blues, Soul and Contemporary Christian.

Bruce Riley – Central Eclipse

Central EclipseSaxophonist Bruce Riley offers his own version of Smooth Jazz. His skills are musical composition, audio engineering and the sax. He is currently affiliated with Broadcast Music Inc. After Rhythm Impressions in Jazz (2011), Smooth Jazz and Smooth Jazz 2 (2012), Essence of Smooth Jazz (2012) followed The Best of Bruce Smooth Jazz (2013) and Smooth Jazz 10 Greatest Hits (2014).

Aysha – Take Me Higher

Christian Artmann – Fields of Pannonia

Hailed by JazzTimes and All About Jazz, flutist Christian Artmann’s Fields of Pannonia (2015) is part easy listening, part jazz.

Performing with Artmann are pianist Greg Kallor, bassist Johannes Weidenmeuller and drummer Jeff Hirshfield.

The title song opens the set. It’s a tranquil, at times haunting piece. It inspires images of a group of travelers on a long journey. Part of that trip covers a vast, grassy plain. Occasionally, they stop for rest or a meal, or interact with animals who call the plain home. The title is possibly inspired by Pannonia, a territory of the ancient Roman Empire. The region is now part of Hungary, Austria, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Slovenia.
